"The best part" of a stay at this hotel "on the water" is the "magical" view of the Delaware River, antique ships and Downtown (for those not "placed on the interstate highway side" that is); "spacious" rooms may be "clean and comfortable" enough for some surveyors, but they're "starting to show age" to others who also "dislike" the "poor, I mean poor" food and the "outrageous" rates for WiFi and self-parking in a "dungeon" of a garage.

Gorgeous. View, pool, lobby, etc.
Loved all.

Hotel is beautiful view nice by the water. rooms large. Lobby and area to sit near conference rooms very quiet and private. The pool is really nice but I didn't get a chance to use it. Beautiful decor. We walked to liberty bell and other attractions near the visitor center. ...read more

Car parking was expensive as well as the food in the hotel.

Good location for the price I paid, staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean.The car park was expensive as was the food in the hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area with beautiful views of the city and the river.
The staff was unresponsive to a valid complaint regarding the noise level.

I am a frequent business traveler and chose this hotel for a romantic weekend with my husband. The service was substandard for a Hyatt.

Refrigerator was almost too small to be functional.

Nice hotel and accommodations. Bed was comfortable. TV picture quality was not good. No internet/computer in the room.
